Welcome to Cozy Britt! By purchasing, commissioning, or using any products or services provided by Cozy Britt, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Use

All artwork, products, and services are created and owned by Cozy Britt unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not claim any artwork as your own.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share files unless explicitly permitted.

  • All purchases are subject to these terms.

2. Digital Products

This includes:

  • Twitch assets (badges, emotes, overlays)

  • Pixel art assets (Cozy Hollow packs)

  • Digital downloads (wall art, themes, etc.)

You MAY:

  • Use assets for personal use

  • Use assets for your own Twitch, YouTube, or personal projects

  • Use game assets in personal or commercial indie projects (see section 3)

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute files (even for free)

  • Upload files to asset marketplaces or claim as your own

  • Modify and resell as a new product

Important:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Game Asset License (Cozy Hollow Packs)

When purchasing Cozy Hollow assets:

You ARE allowed to:

  • Use assets in personal or commercial games

  • Modify assets to fit your project

  • Publish games using these assets

You are NOT allowed to:

  • Resell or redistribute the assets themselves

  • Include assets in asset packs, templates, or toolkits

  • Share files with others who have not purchased them

4. Commissions

Payment

  • Payment must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed

  • Payment Plans are available if needed.

  • Prices are based on scope and complexity

Process

  • Sketch/preview may be provided for approval

  • Limited revisions included (additional edits may cost extra)

Turnaround Time

  • Varies per project (typically communicated beforehand)

Refunds

  • No refunds after work has begun

  • If cancelled before work starts, a refund may be issued

5. Usage Rights for Commissions

Unless otherwise agreed:

You MAY:

  • Use commissioned artwork for personal use

  • Share on social media (with credit)

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell or profit from the artwork commercially

  • Mint as NFTs or use in AI datasets

  • Alter artwork beyond agreed usage

Commercial rights can be purchased separately.

6. Streaming & Content Use

  • Assets are licensed for single-user use only

  • Do not share files with other streamers

  • Do not upload assets for redistribution

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Cozy Britt.

  • Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership

  • You are purchasing a license to use, not the rights to the artwork

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Cozy Britt artwork:

  • In AI training datasets

  • For NFTs or blockchain-based projects

  • In hateful, offensive, or illegal content

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback after receiving digital goods or completed services may result in:

  • Revocation of license

  • Ban from future purchases

10. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of products/services means you agree to the updated terms.
